Subscription Management

Certain services or specific parts thereof are only available through paid subscriptions. Depending on the type of subscription plan selected at the time of purchase, we will charge you a prepaid fee on a regular basis (monthly). At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current price, unless you or we cancel the subscription. By subscribing, you authorize the Company to deduct payments through the payment method specified in your account at the start of the current and any subsequent subscription periods.

You can cancel your subscription renewal by sending an email to frameit.service888@gmail.com or contacting us on the homepage. You will not receive a refund for the fees already paid for the current subscription period, and you will continue to use the service until the end of the current subscription period.



Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies depending on the subscription type, regional laws, and account status. After you submit a refund request, we will manually review your order and send you the refund result or request additional information via the email you provided within 48 hours. Please be sure to check your email (including the junk email folder) to avoid missing any important information. Please carefully follow the instructions in the email. If you fail to complete all necessary steps within the specified time, we will not be able to process your refund.

Users in the European Union, Turkey, or the United Kingdom: If you reside in the European Union, Turkey, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your subscription and obtain a refund within 14 days of purchase. However, for digital content services (such as App subscriptions) that you have requested us to start providing immediately, if you have given affirmative consent at the time of purchase and have already started using the service, you will lose the right to cancel your subscription and obtain a refund.

For users in other countries or regions : The refund time depends on the product type:

Monthly Member: You can apply for a refund without reason within 24 hours after purchase,

Annual members: You can apply for a refund without reason within 48 hours after purchase.

To all customers: If your refund application is approved, we will process the refund based on the proportion of your unused credits. If you incurred taxes at the time of purchase, the refund amount (including tax) will be calculated according to the corresponding proportion of the total amount actually paid.

Refunds will be returned to your payment account via the original payment method within 1-15 working days, and the specific arrival time depends on the processing procedures of your payment institution.

Although we strictly adhere to relevant policies, if there is abnormal activity in your account, the company may not be able to fulfill your refund request. We are committed to ensuring that the refund policy is as fair as possible.

Abuse of activities is prohibited. Abuse includes: (i) using misinformation, multiple accounts, or automated tools to conduct activities; (ii) circumventing activity rules or exploiting system vulnerabilities; (iii) using the service for illegal, harmful, or improper purposes; and (iv) violating other terms of the agreement.

Once abuse is detected, the service may: (i) disqualify user activities; (ii) suspend the account temporarily or permanently; (iii) take appropriate legal action against serious abuse of the service.

Abnormal activities include but are not limited to: accounts detected by our system for fraudulent behavior (such as using stolen credit cards), creating a large number of accounts through automated tools, exploiting technical vulnerabilities to obtain services, or actions that violate our terms of service (such as engaging in illegal activities).

Please note that if you have previously received a refund for our service, we reserve the right to reject subsequent refund requests, and the above policy will not apply to you. This policy is designed to prevent abuse of our refund system and ensure fair use of our services.
